Chief Financial and Operations Officer
We are seeking a relational, analytical, and strategic administrator with excellent interpersonal skills and business acumen to oversee the school's financial portfolio and manage its daily operations.
About Blair Academy
Founded in 1848, Blair Academy is a private, coeducational, boarding and day school in Blairstown, New Jersey. We currently support 467 students in grades nine through twelve plus postgraduate.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the school's financial portfolio and manage its daily operations.
- Partner with the Head of School, Board of Trustees, senior leadership team, and broader community to write the next chapter in our great school's history.
- Lead, supervise, and manage the Business Office team of four, as well as the Director of Facilities, the Director of Technology, bookstore and mailroom operations, and the team members within each of these areas.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of ten years of business or school finance experience.
- CPA or master's degree in business, accounting, finance, law, or related field preferred.
