Job Description
We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our target audience, and drive website traffic. If you have a passion for social media marketing and a knack for creating compelling content, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to promote our brand and increase online presence
- Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), and YouTube.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities to engage with our audience
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement social media campaigns that align with overall marketing objectives
- Manage and maintain the organization's multiple social media accounts, including scheduling posts and responding to comments and messages
- Analyze social media metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Proficient in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), YouTube, etc.
- Proficient with graphic design and video editing software. Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills are a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of SEO principles and experience with E-commerce platforms is preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A creative mindset with an eye for detail
