Compensation And Benefits
- Competitive compensation package of \(250k - \)300k On-Target Earnings (OTE)
- \(175k base salary plus performance-based bonuses of \)30k quarterly targets, uncapped
- 401k plan with a 10% match (eligible after one year of service)

- 8 paid company holidays plus 1 floating holiday (eligible after 90 days of employment)
