What are the responsibilities and job description for the Training Coordinator (Part-Time) position at Associations International?
POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a part-time Training Coordinator to join the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) team! As Training Coordinator, you will play a vital part in supporting ICF’s commitment to fostering a culture of inclusivity and belonging within the global coaching community.
This role will be responsible for organizing and facilitating DEIB-related trainings for ICF chapters, empowering chapter leaders and members with tools and strategies to advance DEIB initiatives in their local contexts. In addition to facilitating empowering training sessions, the Training Coordinator will provide essential administrative support, such as coordinating training logistics, maintaining accurate records, and serving as a key point of contact for chapters engaging with DEIB resources. The (part-time) Training Coordinator will report to the Director of DEIB.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate DEIB-related trainings and workshops for ICF chapters, ensuring engaging and impactful delivery tailored to diverse audiences
- Collaborate with DEIB leadership to develop, update, and refine training materials and resources
- Serve as a point of contact for ICF chapters, addressing inquiries and providing support to strengthen DEIB efforts across the organization
- Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person training sessions, including scheduling, participant communication, and technology setup
- Maintain organized records of training activities, participant attendance, and feedback to support continuous improvement and reporting
- Support the DEIB department’s initiatives by providing administrative assistance for meetings, events, and special projects
- Contribute to broader DEIB efforts within ICF, including identifying opportunities to enhance inclusivity across the organization
- Other duties as assigned
