As the first Talent hire, you'll work closely with hiring managers and company leadership to attract and retain the best talent from around the world, while also building the foundation of the Talent team and scaling it up.Responsibilities : Ensure all candidates have a world class interview experience from start to finishSchedule a high volume of phone, onsite and video interviews with hiring teams, executives, and candidatesOwnership mentality; own relationships with external vendors and tools we useOwn the recruiting process for entry level positions from role kick-off to close, including managing candidates and hiring teamsCoordinate travel for non-local candidatesImplement and execute recruiting programs to attract top talentMeet and greet candidates during onsite interviewsManage candidate flow through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Identify prospects through strong research by using sourcing platforms and by targeted networkingDynamic problem solver who can take ownership of scheduling for all on-sites in order to provide an exceptional candidate experienceAbility to handle quick & constant changeHelp brainstorm creative ways to engage candidates during remote interviewOpen to giving and receiving feedback to improve yourself and othersWhat we are looking for : 3 years of experience in an internal fast-paced recruitment role and have a successful track record of hiring top talent, ideally with a technical focus.You know how to recruit both technical and non-technical talent.You’re a hustler! You’re a wearer of many hats and can juggle multiple priorities at the same time.You’re creative (and know that job adverts and LinkedIn are not the only channels of headhunting candidates). You love to research and understand that the art of sourcing is always evolving.
