What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator- Interiors position at ASSOULINE?
The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with the Project Manager in managing and supporting various aspects of interior design projects. This often involves following up with with designers, vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the client's satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Project Mangers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Monitor project timeline progress and make adjustments as necessary.
- Work with Project Manager to develop, drive, and implement project goals
- Maintain project schedules, updating regularly ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of timelines and deadlines.
- Manage communications and deliverables from all stakeholders for project
- Track project accomplishments.
- Establish partnerships cross-functionally as necessary to ensure project success.
- Ensure that all work complies with design specifications and standards.
- Support sourcing of furnishings, fabrics, finishes, fixtures, and materials
- Organize and track sample requests, pickups, deliveries, and returns from vendors and showrooms.
- Coordinate with vendors and trades on procurement, deliveries, and installation timelines
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a support role in design, fashion, lifestyle, or similar industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in project coordination or interior design work is beneficial.
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
