Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Repair Technician to join our team. This role demands a strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing and carrying out repairs on fitness equipment.
- Assembly, transport, installation and/or removal of fitness equipment
- Provide excellent customer service, maintaining professionalism even in challenging situations.
- Operate utility vans regularly.
- Safely transport, disassemble, and reassemble heavy and awkward equipment.
- Apply strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to repairs.
- Maintain detailed job notes and ensure clear communication with the office for parts and scheduling.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site, work van, and materials by keeping a clean and organized system in place at all times
Preferred Skills & Experience (not all required):
- Mechanically inclined with a strong troubleshooting mindset.
- Forklift operating experience
- Trailer/ hauling experience
- Previous experience working with fitness equipment.
- Background in customer service and/or technician-related work.
- Ability to navigate physically demanding tasks with a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $20–$26 per hour, depending on experience.
- Performance Review: 6-month evaluation for a potential raise based on work performance.
- After 1 Year of Employment:
- Earn up to 5% commissions.
- 2 weeks of paid vacation.
- Medical stipend
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Four 10-hour shifts).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
