What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Health RN position at Assurance Home Care?
As a Home Health RN you will oversee and help manage the delivery of home-based care from admission to discharge. You will help ensure clients and their families receive appropriate utilization of services and coordination of care. This position services from Sacramento to Roseville and Chico area.
Pay rate: $125-$140 SOC Per Diem.
Must have:
- Successfully graduated from an approved and certified RN program
- Current and unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the state
- Ability to make quick judgements and work independently
- Must be knowledgeable of home health nursing practices, procedures, and guidelines that pertain to home health care.
Nice to have:
- 1 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Active patient or bedside care within the past year
