Must Speak English & Spanish fluently3 years of customer service experience in a Call Center (Sales environment a plus). We can train you on our business, but you must bring the tangible skills to work with customers.High School Diploma or GED.Type 35 WPM or more.Have a professional phone manner & ability to work independently.Ability to use tact and diplomacy to maintain harmonious relationships with customers in person and over the phone.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Bilingual (English/Spanish)Service Titan and Five9 Experience a plus  Physical Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Compensation: $16.00/hourly
