Full Job Description

Real estate development firm in South Pasadena is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Coordinator to join the team.

General Requirements:

  • Microsoft Office a must
  • Basic undestanding of Quickbooks preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail & accuracy
  • Great organizational and follow up skills
  • Ability to multi task & assist with various projects
  • Taking initiative and able to think outside the box

Essential Duties & Functions:

  • Process invoices, purchase orders to clients and vendors
  • Prepare letters/mailings
  • Print and package legal documents for signature
  • Greet clients
  • Set appointments
  • Run errands (grocery/carwash/etc.)
  • Filing / Organizing office

Clean background and driving record a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20 - 24 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 9 am - 5 pm

Work Location: One location

Expected hours: 40 per week
