Full Job Description
Real estate development firm in South Pasadena is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Coordinator to join the team.
General Requirements:
- Microsoft Office a must
- Basic undestanding of Quickbooks preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail & accuracy
- Great organizational and follow up skills
- Ability to multi task & assist with various projects
- Taking initiative and able to think outside the box
Essential Duties & Functions:
- Process invoices, purchase orders to clients and vendors
- Prepare letters/mailings
- Print and package legal documents for signature
- Greet clients
- Set appointments
- Run errands (grocery/carwash/etc.)
- Filing / Organizing office
Clean background and driving record a must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20 - 24 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 9 am - 5 pm
Work Location: One location
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.50 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
