Job Overview
We are seeking an organized and motivated Dispatcher/Office Manager to join our team and ensure smooth daily operations and efficient dispatching of our field staff. Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Assigning drivers to the routes and overseeing their dispatch
- Ensuring tows are completed on time and accurately
- Receiving incoming calls and gathering essential information regarding the nature of the customer's vehicle issue and location.
- Documenting all relevant information, including customer details, service requests and job statuses thoroughly in dispatching software
- Manage phone systems, handling incoming calls professionally and directing them as necessary.
- Support fleet management activities by maintaining records and scheduling vehicle maintenance.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including filing, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
- Maintain organized documentation related to office processes and procedures.
Skills
- Proficiency in data entry with a strong attention to detail.
- Towbook, AAA
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment.
