Job Overview
We are seeking an organized and motivated Dispatcher/Office Manager to join our team and ensure smooth daily operations and efficient dispatching of our field staff. This dual-role position requires someone with excellent multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating schedules, managing office functions, and providing administrative support to improve productivity and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
  • Assigning drivers to the routes and overseeing their dispatch
  • Ensuring tows are completed on time and accurately
  • Receiving incoming calls and gathering essential information regarding the nature of the customer's vehicle issue and location.
  • Documenting all relevant information, including customer details, service requests and job statuses thoroughly in dispatching software
  • Manage phone systems, handling incoming calls professionally and directing them as necessary.
  • Support fleet management activities by maintaining records and scheduling vehicle maintenance.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including filing, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
  • Maintain organized documentation related to office processes and procedures.
Skills
  • Proficiency in data entry with a strong attention to detail.
  • Towbook, AAA
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.50 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
