Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team. This position is perfect for a motivated, detail-oriented professional with a proven track record in sales who can also assist our production team with projects from start to finish. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction by prospecting new clients through networking, managing company provided leads, conducting property damage assessments, detailed estimates, coordinating projects with our production team, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, generate, and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts
- Conduct on-site consultations to assess customer needs and provide detailed estimates
- Present and explain service options, product features, and benefits to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the company CRM.
- Coordinate the scheduling, and execution of roofing, siding, and gutter projects with our production team
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients through the preconstruction phase of all projects, and act as a second point of contact during build of a project
- Coordinate with suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely project completion
- Address and resolve any customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic office applications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Skills
- Proven sales experience in the roofing, siding, or construction industry
- Project management/Estimating experience in a related industry
- Proven networking ability
- Bilingual capabilities are a plus
