DUTIES:
- Receive and record logistic support tasks for multiple projects, ensure logistics requests are properly entered into the database
- Draft and manage all purchase requests for delivery to vendors and ensure purchase orders are processed in time to avoid any late payments
- Managing and maintaining an accurate inventory of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment
- Answer the logistics help desk phone - responding to all queries from suppliers and customer project leads and communicating in a professional manner
- Analyzing data to identify opportunities for logistic process improvement
Requirements:
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must be able to work well in a collaborative team environment with on-site and off-site staff and clients
- Candidate must be a U.S. citizen and be able to obtain TS/SCI w/ Polygraph.
