ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

We at Assurance Total Protection are the best when it comes to insurance sales and customer service and are looking for a friendly Administrative Assistant that can handle office tasks and assist with rallying our team! Responsibilities
- Processing payments; receive and record cash, checks, and credit transactions
- Providing assistance and support to company personnel
- Acting as a liaison between the leader and employees, clients, and all external contacts
- Managing daily administrative tasks, organization, and schedules
- Developing social media planning and creative marketing operations
- Collaborating with the sales staff to monitor active purchase orders and make sure that orders are completed on time
- Proactively anticipate the needs of the team and team leaders
- Ordering and maintenance of office supplies, business cards, sales promotion items, etc.
- Receiving and forwarding all office-related invoices to Accounting team.
- Answer phone calls and emails from customers promptly and direct inquiries to the appropriate department to ensure client satisfaction
- Act as a point person for vendors and receiving and distributing all mail & packages
Preferred Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in assisting high-level management, preferable in a sales setting.
- Knowledge of computer systems; Microsoft Suites and CRM
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office specifically Word and Excel
- Data entry experience

Compensation:
Base Salary: $41,600.00 to $52,770 per year
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $41,600.00 - $52,700.00 per year
