Qualifications
- Sales Experience (i.e., Retail Sales, Insurance, Call Center)
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication
- Demonstrates persuasiveness and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in developing a strong product knowledge as well as customer knowledge
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Data entry skills are essential with the ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute with a 95% accuracy rate
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Have a deep understanding of products and services to educate and attract potential clients to increase production.
- Responsible for making 80 outbound calls per day to generate appointments, leads, and quotes.
- Must be persuasive and have an aggressive but friendly approach.
- Must have a go-getter mind-set with the ability to handle rejection, along with savvy to keep clients interested.
- Remaining extremely organized and pay attention to detail in order to manage multiple prospects.
- Maintaining detailed, organized and accurate records of your interactions/contacts in our CRM System.
- Will be contacting fresh Department of Transportation registrants & tenured trucking company prospects; must be able to close deals.
Preferred experience
- 1-3 years previous experience in insurance, sales or as a Customer Service Representative in a Call Center environment
- CRM Applications Experience (Preferred, i.e salesforce)
- Strong background in call-center environment (Preferred)
- Property and Casualty license
- Life and Health license
- Bilingual (Spanish)

Compensation:
Base Salary: $37,440 to $45,770 plus as much commission as you can handle.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,771.00 - $97,472.24 per year (Average pay range for this position including incintives and commissions)
