Job Summary
The Senior Quality Assurance Auditor will perform the auditing functionsfor the Customer Solutions department. They will evaluate the performance of team members and provide results, feedback and suggestions to each respective supervisor. The Senior Quality Assurance Auditor will help identify training opportunities, as well as, highlight areas of strength for each team member. They will also participate in the development and improvement of audit metrics and methodologies.
Job Responsibilities
Formal Education and Certification
Associates degree in, preferably, a business-related field or experience commensurate with a two-year college degree.

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct monthly audits on each team member
- Conduct specialty audits, as needed, on processes/procedures
- Collaborate closely with training capability and team supervisors to share best practices and identify areas of opportunities for the team and specific individuals
- Acts as resource to Customer Solutions personnel, in addition to other departments as needed
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to improve overall results
- Analyze data to ensure underwriting guidelines are in compliance
- Serve as Subject matter expert (SME) for auto line of business in all states
- Provide feedback to management and associates based on audit results
- Provide scorecard metrics and make recommendations as needed
- Provide monthly progress reports on new hires after performing quality review of their policies
- Collaborate with department leadership in developing auditing metrics and methodologies
- Ability to prioritize daily tasks and complete tasks with limited time and supervision
- Attend, participate, and contribute to department meetings/trainings
- Maintain confidentiality on internal practices and procedures
Formal Education and Certification
Associates degree in, preferably, a business-related field or experience commensurate with a two-year college degree.
Knowledge And Experience
- Consistently meeting quality audit expectations in their current role.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite
- Advanced knowledge of company systems, software and their capabilities
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple levels of activity without compromise to results.
- Must be able to gather, analyze and summarize information
- Strong aptitude to identify gaps and recommend corrective action
- Must be able to manage multiple priorities and effectively work both independently and in a group.
- Strong oral and written communication skills for presenting audit results, improvement plans and management reports.
- High attention to detail
- Proficient understanding of departmental/company quality assurance standards
- Team Oriented to work closely with other quality assurance auditors, trainers and management.
- Bi-lingual (English and Spanish)
