Job Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers via inbound and outbound calls, text, or other mediums.
- Assess customer insurance needs and recommend suitable policy options across multiple carriers.
- Understand and effectively communicate the value of various insurance products including auto, home, renters, commercial, and more.
- Accurately process applications and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a structured, high-volume call center environment.
- Meet and exceed sales goals through strong closing techniques and customer-focused solutions.
- Collaborate with team members and business leaders to drive continuous improvement and innovation in all aspects of the business.
- Meet guidelines for attendance/punctuality and be receptive to flexible work hours as needed.
- Lead and contribute to other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
- Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license within the first two months of employment (if not already licensed).
- Training and study support provided, including one paid attempt for licensing test.
- Previous experience in insurance sales is strongly preferred.
- Experience in a call center or phone-based sales environment is a plus.
- Strong persuasive and consultative sales skills required.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and a positive attitude.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Strong adherence to compliance and regulatory standards.
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
