Reporting to the SVP of Development, the Marketing Communications Specialist will promote our company’s brands and services through various channels. In this role, you will implement regular marketing campaigns to multiple constituent groups through email, social media, printed material, and conference settings. You will work closely with Regional Growth Directors and operations leaders to develop content and deploy marketing messages.
To ensure success, you will need experience implementing marketing strategies, developing marketing calendars, and executing campaigns for multiple brands. Your work will include designing and copywriting content leveraging established brand guidelines and an asset library. It will consist of collaborating with in-market leadership to develop topical content and collaborating with leadership on market-specific campaigns.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Social Media
- Manage multiple social media accounts, including generating social media posts and laying out new social media assets based on a style guide and prior work.
- Update social media account pages, including creating and updating pages
- Execute regular social media campaigns (weekly)
- Monitor social engagement and reply to social media comments
Email Marketing
- Execute regular email marketing campaigns
- Manage email campaigns in an online mail management system (e.g., Constant Contact)
Newsletters and online content
- Solicit content ideas and input from operators for regular newsletters
- Write and deliver monthly and quarterly newsletters
- Distribute newsletters in email campaigns and on company websites (e.g., WordPress)
Collateral production
- Develop product and service collateral, including copywriting and some limited design work.
Tradeshow preparation
- Support conference marketing, including content development, promotional material sourcing, and logistics
- Manage collateral and promotional material purchasing
Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong copywriting skills
- Design and layout skills and experience with Adobe tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Ability to manage Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and other social media accounts
- Familiarity with Medicaid and Home and Community-Based Services
- Well-versed in MS Office
- Comfortable working with people from diverse backgrounds
Minimum Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in Communications and/or Marketing strongly preferred;
- Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel required; PowerPoint preferred;
- Energetic, collaborative, team player;

- Exceptional writing and interpersonal communication skills
