Job Title: Director of Repair Partner Management
About the Role
The Director of Repair Partner Management will be responsible for developing and managing our external parts and phone refurbishment network, as well as non-direct OEM parts sourcing strategy.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to understand global parts and phone refurbishment needs and develop strategic external repair networks to meet demand.
- Develop and manage supplier scorecards to hold partners accountable to quality, cost, delivery, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Manage a global team to ensure supplier compliance through stringent onboarding qualification and ongoing supplier audit visits.
- Develop and manage non-direct OEM parts sourcing strategies to support global repair demands.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any business or related discipline.
- Nine years of partner management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing/repair environment with at least five years of data interpretation/analysis and logistics experience.
- Seven years of leadership experience with at least five years of experience managing supervisory personnel.
Skillset
Highly skilled partner management inventory control leader with extensive strategic and tactical experience, results-oriented, high energy, high urgency, and embraces effective change. A high level of customer interaction is required, along with frequent interruptions and re-prioritization of projects based upon customer needs, working under deadlines, creative thinking, and working on multiple projects simultaneously.
This role requires strong leadership skills, including the ability to direct and manage multiple teams, work independently, and assume primary responsibility to move projects and production-related services forward.
