Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any business or related discipline. 9 years of partner management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing/repair environment with at least 5 years of data interpretation/analysis and logistics experience. 7 years of leadership experience with at least 5 years of managing supervisory personnel.

- Communicate with internal stakeholders to understand global parts and phone refurbishment needs.
- Develop strategic external repair networks to meet demand.
- Manage supplier scorecards to hold partners accountable for QCD SLAs.
- Lead global teams to ensure supplier compliance through onboarding qualification and ongoing audits.
