What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leader, Repair Partner Development and Optimization position at Assurant?

As Director, Global Mobile Device Services, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and implementation of our repair partner network. This includes developing and managing strategic external repair networks, communicating with internal stakeholders, and leading global teams to ensure supplier compliance.

- Bachelor's degree in any business or related discipline.
- 9 years of partner management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing/repair environment.
- At least 5 years of data interpretation/analysis and logistics experience.
- 7 years of leadership experience with at least 5 years of managing supervisory personnel.
- Highly skilled partner management inventory control leader with extensive strategic and tactical experience.
- Results-oriented, high energy, and high urgency leader who embraces effective change.
- Ability to direct and manage through multiple teams.
- International partner management experience.
