As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking experienced Clinical Supervisors to join our team and help shape the next generation of therapists.
Position Overview : We are looking for skilled Clinical Supervisors who are passionate about supporting and developing new clinicians. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will guide supervisees in their clinical work, focusing on client consultation, professional identity, relationality, caseload management, ethics, and documentation. The role offers the opportunity to mentor therapists without a caseload or direct report responsibilities.
Location : Therapy Austin (Hybrid / Remote Options Available)

What You'll Do :
- Provide weekly supervision for up to 6 supervisees, including :
Every other week individual or dyad supervision
