We are looking for enthusiastic, compassionate, and dedicated individuals to join our team as Learning Center Staff Members. You will work alongside our supervisor, program director, and other staff to provide a top-notch learning experience for individuals with disabilities, helping them achieve their goals and enrich their lives.

Imagine spending your day playing games like foosball, Fortnite, karaoke, crafts, and engaging in animal-assisted therapy, all while making a real difference in someone’s life. Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily activities, living skills, and behavior management to help individuals achieve their personal goals.
- Assist in field trips, outings, and transportation of members.
- Contribute to the development and documentation of individual goals for each member.
- Provide personal care support as needed, including help with eating, toileting, and other daily living tasks.
- Teach basic independent living skills, such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
- Ensure a clean, healthy, and safe environment for all program members.
- Administer medication, supervise members, and offer emotional support.
- Have fun while creating an environment of positivity, growth, and connection!
What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for supporting individuals with disabilities and a positive, caring attitude.
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license (ability to transport members in a company van is required).
- Ability to obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card and pass a background check.
- CPR, First Aid, Article 9, Prevention and Support training required (training provided).
- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus!
- Ability to lift and assist members as needed.
