Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role located in Tampa, FL. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support while ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient data management and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Accurately enter data from completed work orders into the company system, ensuring all service details are recorded.
- Customer Follow-Up: Proactively contact customers after service completion to gather feedback, address any outstanding questions, and ensure satisfaction.
- Work Order Management: Create and schedule work orders for technicians in the assigned region, optimizing routes and technician availability. This includes:
- Entering detailed information about service locations.
- Coordinating scheduling with both customers and technicians.
- Customer Support: Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email, addressing questions, resolving issues, and providing timely information about services.
- General Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
Qualifications

- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to empathize with customers' needs and concerns
- Experience in a similar role or customer service environment
- Knowledge of kitchen exhaust systems or related field is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite is a plus
- Experience with ERP and CMMS software is a plus

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
