Job Description
This role requires a minimum of 4 years of full-time experience as an RN or equivalent, with at least one year of clinical experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve exceptional results. You will also be responsible for compliance with hospice policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulatory requirements governing the practice of nursing.
