We are searching for a seasoned healthcare professional to serve as a Clinical Director, Registered Nurse at Assured Home Health. In this critical role, you will lead the development and implementation of effective patient care strategies and oversee the operational activities of our home health program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and ensuring high-quality patient care services throughout the episode of care, including referral coordination and assessment of patient needs.
- Coordinating with physicians, families, and other clinicians involved in care as appropriate, and communicating effectively with staff to ensure they are informed through regular meetings and training sessions.
- Overseeing patient care to ensure delivery of safe, economical, and efficient care that adheres to relevant standards of accepted nursing and medical practice.
- Managing agency staff workers' performance and monitoring and assessing employee performance regularly using established evaluation tools.
Essential Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice, with one year of supervisory and/or management experience in a home health setting or related healthcare setting preferred.
- Current CPR certification and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
