We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven individual to serve as a Clinical Director, Registered Nurse at Assured Home Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of effective patient care strategies and overseeing the operational activities of our home health program.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Supervising and ensuring high-quality patient care services throughout the episode of care, including referral coordination and assessment of patient needs.
- Developing and implementing administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies that ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
- Ensuring the quality of services delivered and acting as a liaison with management staff and other departments throughout the company.
Essential Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice, with one year of supervisory and/or management experience in a home health setting or related healthcare setting preferred.
- Current CPR certification and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
