Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate clinical services to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Provide nursing care to patients in their homes as prescribed by the physician.
- Evaluate patient orders and plot start of care visits.
- Determine patient home health benefits and medical necessity.
- Ensure patient needs are continually assessed and care rendered is individualized to patient needs.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure in the state of Washington.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
