As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care services.
Main Responsibilities:
- Driving Operational Metrics: Productivity, VBP, SVP, ACH, claims alert, late EMS, unverified services, orders audit, and agency financial statements to ensure alignment with company goals related to operational efficiency, growth, quality, and finances.
- Collaborating with the Sales Team to grow the business and representing the agency in a professional and effective manner when interacting with customers and stakeholders.
- Communicating effectively and professionally with all customers to represent the agency and resolving any concerns voiced by patients, caregivers, and referral sources in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice, with one year of supervisory and/or management experience in a home health setting or related healthcare setting preferred.
- Current Driver's License and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
