The RN Patient Care Manager -Hospice collaborates with Executive Administrator/Executive Director/Director of Clinical Operations to ensure safe and efficient patient care delivery, adhering to relevant nursing, regulatory, medical practice, and payer source standards.
- Ensure compliance with hospice policies, procedures, and local, state, and federal regulations governing nursing practice.
- Promote quality care and safety for patients and staff.
- Investigate problems and complaints thoroughly.
- Deliver in-services to staff on health and safety, regulatory issues, and agency policies.
- Require at least 4 years of full-time experience as an RN or equivalent.
License Requirements
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice and one year of clinical experience required.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and dependable transportation or access to public transportation.
