Assured Information Security (AIS) is looking for a skilled and motivated Software Development Lead to guide our SecureView software development team in Rome, NY. The ideal candidate will have a robust technical background, exceptional leadership skills and a dedication to delivering high-quality software solutions. Please note : This is a hybrid position with the ability to come onsite as needed.
How You’ll Succeed :
In this role, you’ll succeed by steering the development team, defining and executing the product roadmap, developing current and next-generation capabilities, ensuring successful project execution and driving technical innovation. Key responsibilities include :
- Leadership & Team Management :
Lead and mentor a team of software developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Define and execute the product roadmap in alignment with company goals and market demands.
Architect and design scalable, high-performance software solutions.
Act as a liaison between development teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Implement and oversee testing strategies to ensure software quality and reliability.

US Salary Range : $148,900.00 - $190,200.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on several factors including location, skills, and experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package which includes employer paid health insurance and a 7% contribution to your 401k, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation.
