Assured Management, Inc. (AMI) has an immediate opening for a full-time Associate Community Manager. This position will be onsite at a community in the Aubrey area. Regular duties include assisting the Community Manager with all aspects of property management related duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Processing and merging letters to homeowners
• Communicating with homeowners, board members and vendors via phone and email,
• Calendar organization and scheduling
• Performing website updates
• Greeting and assisting homeowners and guests visiting amenity center
The applicant must have strong communication and organizational skills, and a moderate degree of technical expertise, with the ability to learn a variety of software programs.
The position requires a pro-active, self-motivated and self-disciplined individual.
An understanding of homeowner association governing documents, and prior HOA management experience is strongly desired.

• Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic devices such as iPad
