Main Responsibilities
- Administer direct patient care to Med-Surg and Telemetry patients
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans
- Ensure seamless patient transitions through efficient communication and coordination
Qualifications and Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing
- At least 2 years of experience as a Med-Surg/Telemetry RN
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week
