Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients with diverse medical needs

- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a current state license as a LPN and have at least 2 years of recent experience as a Med Surg LPN.
