About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled ICU Registered Nurse to join our team in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. As a member of our team, you'll provide expert care to critically ill patients in the BHHAR-ICU, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting, utilizing advanced clinical skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions of care.
Requirements
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- At least 2 years of recent experience as an ICU RN
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
