About the Role: We are seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join our team in Johnston, Iowa. As a travel RRT, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing expert patient care to pediatric patients in the CRT & RRT Pediatrics department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care, including respiratory therapy treatments and assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans.
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and conferences to discuss patient progress and treatment plans.
Requirements:
- Current state license as a Respiratory Therapist.
- At least 2 years of recent experience in Pediatric Respiratory Therapy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
