Cath Lab Technologist Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Cath Lab Technologist to join our team in La Porte, Indiana. As a travel technologist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with complex cardiovascular procedures, including catheterizations and angioplasties
- Operate and maintain advanced medical equipment, such as fluoroscopy machines and cardiac monitors
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless workflow and optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
- Current state license as a Cath Lab Technologist
- At least 2 years of recent experience as a Cath Lab Technologist
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology
