Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team in Zion, Illinois. The ideal candidate will possess a current state license and have at least 2 years of recent experience in Nuclear Medicine Technology.
Responsibilities:
- Perform nuclear medicine procedures using various imaging modalities, including PET scans.
- Operate imaging equipment, such as cameras and computers, to produce high-quality images.
- Prepare patients for exams by explaining procedures, positioning them correctly, and maintaining patient safety.
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
Requirements
- Current state license as a Nuclear Med Tech.
- At least 2 years of recent experience as a Nuclear Med Tech.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
