Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Travel Nurse in Home Health. This is a 13-week contract position, working 40 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in the home health setting
- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement interventions to achieve desired outcomes
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
- Document patient progress, maintain accurate records, and report any concerns or issues to supervisors
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments
Requirements:
- Currentholding of RN licensure in the state of employment
- At least 2 years of recent experience as a Home Health RN
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
