Travel Respiratory Therapist Night Shift

Job Summary:

Assured Nursing is seeking a travel Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week contract position in Richland, Washington. The ideal candidate will possess a current state license as a Respiratory Therapist and have at least 2 years of recent experience in the field.

Job Description:

The Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for providing respiratory care to patients in a hospital setting. This includes assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions to improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide respiratory care to patients with various conditions, including COPD, asthma, and pneumonia
• Assess patient lung function and develop treatment plans to improve oxygenation and ventilation
• Implement interventions, such as oxygen therapy, bronchodilator therapy, and chest physiotherapy
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
• Document patient information and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Current state license as a Respiratory Therapist
• At least 2 years of recent experience in the field
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to document patient information accurately and efficiently
