Key Responsibilities:
- Provide respiratory care services to patients in the NICU department, including oxygen therapy, ventilation management, and medication administration.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with various respiratory conditions, taking into account their medical history, diagnostic results, and clinical presentation.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and therapists, to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
Essential Qualifications:
- Current state license as a Respiratory Therapist.
- At least 2 years of recent experience as a Respiratory Therapist, preferably in an NICU setting.
- Strong knowledge of respiratory therapy principles and practices, including pulmonary function testing, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and ventilator management.
