Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team on a travel contract in Sumter, South Carolina.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will possess a current state license as a Respiratory Therapist and have at least 2 years of recent experience in the field. This is a 12-hour shift position in the Respiratory Services department, working from 7am to 7:30pm, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient respiratory status and develop treatment plans
- Evaluate effectiveness of treatments and make adjustments as needed
- Operate various medical equipment, including ventilators and nebulizers
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Current state license as a Respiratory Therapist
- At least 2 years of recent experience in Respiratory Therapy
- Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field
