Assured Protection has FT and PT openings for Unarmed Security Officers, available at the Hunt Valley Towne Center located in Baltimore County and Foundry Row, located in Owings Mills, MD. We are seeking candidates who are experienced working indoors and outdoors, in a professional environment, who can display exceptional customer and security service, and be willing to go above and beyond to service our customers and clients.
Essential Functions:
- Walking and Mobile positions are available.
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions
- Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot and vehicle
- Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards
- Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or presence of unauthorized persons
- Warn violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking or carrying forbidden articles
- Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitors entrances and exits
- Observe departing personnel protect against theft of company property and ensure that authorized removal of property is conducted within appropriate client requirements
- Observe, Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, occurrences, incidents, and suspicious activities
- Provide great customer service and assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Requirements
Must be at least 21 years old.
- This is a drug-free work environment
- Must submit to an extensive background check
- Must have a Valid Maryland Drivers License Not a Provisional or a Permit with less then 2 points
- Must have an active Maryland State guard card.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $17.75 per hour
