Program Supervisor

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Program Supervisor to build a client base in the Evansville area. This will be a new area for Assured as we grow and expand. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate that they are capable of bringing in clients, building the area, and overseeing an assigned caseload for individuals with developmental disabilities once a caseload is established. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing program development, budgeting, and supervising staff to ensure the effective delivery of services.

Duties:
- Develop and implement programs to support individuals with developmental disabilities
- Manage program budgets and resources effectively
- Supervise program staff and provide guidance and support as needed
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, families, and community partners
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in Medicaid Waiver Support.
- Lead program evaluation efforts to measure outcomes and impact

Skills:
- Experience working with people with developmental disabilities
- Strong relationship management skills
- Knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices
- Proficiency in budgeting and management
- Demonstrated ability in program development and administration
- Excellent supervisory and leadership skills
- Background in social work or related field
- Ability to effectively manage multiple programs
