This position provides strategic relationship management and consultative services to large, multi-state, multi-site clients with self-funded health plans.As the leader of the client team, this role is responsible for assembling, mobilizing, and deploying the company’s health and welfare benefit resources to provide outstanding consulting, marketing, and communication efforts to meet our client-partner’s employee benefits needs.While utilizing their unique skills and abilities with health & welfare benefit plan design, they will consult with clients to deploy insurance coverages and claims paying services, coordinate all communication efforts, and use their understanding of our client-partners’ needs to expand business opportunities and further solidify our relationships with them.The ability to focus on delivering exceptional customer service while working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision is essential.
