Overview
Supervise team of P&L claims examiners, providing support and assistance to ensure proper claims handling and client satisfaction.

Keenan specializes in providing consulting services in the areas of: employee benefits, workers' compensation, loss control, financial, and property & liability.
What You'll Do
- Assist directly with client questions, concerns and/or issues.
- Handle personal claim file caseload as assigned.
- Assist with balancing Examiner pending files.
- Reviews Examiner technical work product and reserve adequacy.
- Reviews accuracy of Examiner billable hours.
- Works with Clients/Account Executives/Account Manager’s to schedule, prepare and conduct claim file reviews.
- Attend JPA or other client meetings.
- Responsible for ensuring claims are listed on agendas for JPA discussion.
- Review Examiner write ups for JPA meetings for technical correctness and readability.
- Approve advance/special invoices.
- Review monthly trust account invoicing.
- Monitor trust account balances.
- Review monthly loss runs.
- Review incident reports
- Other duties as assigned.

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 (US Dollar) annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. Hybrid work environment flexibility.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years Property & Casualty liability claims experience required.
- Minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be organized and detail oriented.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Adept at accessing business data from the Internet when required.
