You are responsible for account support at the direction of the senior team members. The Account Manager provides customer service by handling the day-to-day operations of clients' insurance needs and works to support the delivery of proper insurance and risk management services for clients.

What You'll Do:
- Maintaining accurate client information to provide day-to-day support and address intermediate-level client inquiries.
- Assists in the development of solid business relationships with appropriate insurance carrier personnel.
- Recognizes and satisfies carrier goals and objectives to enhance business relationships.
- Maintains files with proper records according to company procedures. Follows company procedures to achieve positive audit results.
- Ensures accuracy of account information for new and renewal policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy in rating, coverage, and signatures, and enters these transactions to generate billing invoices promptly.
- Reviews all premium audits according to Agency procedures recognizing that the Agency must process promptly.
- Review accounts receivable reports for all assigned accounts to support client retention.
- Leverages technical knowledge to ensure carrier quotes are received in a timely fashion; Reviews quotes for gaps and assists with inquiries from the carrier.
- Attend training and seek self-directed learning to continue education in the industry and technical knowledge.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You'll Need:
- One to Two years of Insurance experience required
- Property and Casualty License required.
- Applied EPIC Agency Management System experience preferred.
- Proficient in providing client service through electronic, telephone, and in-person interaction
- Problem-solving skills; strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional in the use of Agency Management software or demonstrated skill at quickly learning new systems
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office or similar software, including spreadsheet and presentation software
