As a Medicare Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in helping seniors navigate the complex world of Medicare insurance. You will receive live inbound calls from customers seeking guidance on their Medicare options.  Our goal is to make a difference in the lives of our customers by offering them personalized, comprehensive, and affordable healthcare solutions. 

What You'll Do

Responsibilities: 

• Conduct personalized needs analyses for customers to understand their Medicare requirements.
• Walk customers through various Medicare plan options and help them make informed decisions.
• Enroll customers into the best-fitting Medicare plan, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Stay up to date with the latest Medicare regulations and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced professionals to enhance overall customer satisfaction and achieve team goals.

Physical Security of Workspace

• Private, Dedicated Area: The workspace should be in a private, quiet location where family members or others cannot overhear conversations or access PHI. This could be a dedicated room with a door that can be closed.
• Restricted Access: Ensure no unauthorized individuals (family members, visitors) have access to workstations or PHI.
• Positioning of Screens: Ensure that computer screens are positioned so that they cannot be viewed by unauthorized individuals from doors or windows.
• Screen Privacy: If necessary, use screen privacy filters to prevent someone from seeing the screen over the agent's shoulder, especially if others are in the same home or if the workspace has windows.
• Any physical documents containing PHI should be stored in locked cabinets when not in use. For digital files, secure the device with encryption.

Candidate Qualifications: 

• Demonstrated commitment to customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills can explain complex information clearly and concisely.
• Empathetic and compassionate approach towards customers, ensuring a supportive environment throughout the consulting process.
• Results-oriented attitude with a strong drive to succeed and exceed sales targets.
• Sales experience in a related field is preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications are preferred but not required.
