AgentLink has an exciting career opportunity for a Medicare Sales Representative (Agent Recruiter) in our Louisville office. The Medicare Sales Representative will be responsible for recruiting independent insurance agents and agencies to contract with our firm and sell Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D plans. This role requires a confident communicator with strong sales skills and a solid understanding of the Medicare insurance market.

What You'll Do:
- Proactively call and develop relationships with independent insurance agents and small agencies.
- Present the value of partnering with our agency, including carrier access, commission structures, training, and marketing support.
- Guide agents through the onboarding and contracting process with Medicare carriers.
- Serve as a point of contact for agent questions, providing product knowledge and compliance guidance.
- Track recruitment activity and sales performance using CRM and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with marketing to support agent outreach campaigns and events.
- Stay current on Medicare industry trends, CMS regulations, and carrier updates.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 2 years of experience in Medicare sales or insurance agent recruiting preferred.
- Active Health & Life Insurance License (preferred).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to manage a pipeline.
- Experience with CRM systems and virtual presentation tools.
- Knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Part D products.
