Operations Analyst

Overview

Your Way Insurance, an Accretive Company, has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and detail-oriented Strategy Associate as we continue our growth journey. This role involves collaborating with multiple departments, including Accounting & Finance, Sales, Quality, Retention, HR, and more. The Strategy Associate will own strategic initiatives from inception to completion, working directly with Executive Management to ensure alignment with our organizational goals.

What You'll Do

• Identify, own, and execute strategic initiatives from inception to completion, including launching new products, adding sales channels, and improving sales performance.
• Implement process and technology improvements across departments, including Finance, Sales, Operations, and Compliance.
• Prepare executive presentation materials to support analyses, present project progress, and enable communication.
• Gather data from multiple sources to analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, integrate findings, and enable strategic decision-making.
• Create Management, Finance, and Operational Reporting to enhance data-driven decision-making.
• Enable cross-functional collaboration between departments through project management and stakeholder engagement.

What You'll Need

Some potential qualifications for a Strategy Associate could include;

• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
• Strategic Thinking: Strong, data-driven analytical skills to test hypotheses, inform executive decision-making, and enable implementation of initiatives.
• Data Experience: Strong ability to analyze data in Excel and other advanced data visualization technologies (e.g., PowerBI).
• Communication and communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to direct initiatives and manage stakeholders.
• Executive Presentation Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) to build executive-level analyses and presentations.
• Strong data analytics skills to interpret and leverage data for strategic planning.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the Medicare industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, STEM, or a related field.
• 2 years in a consulting role including strategic analysis and project management is highly preferred.
